- Online application done using OTP
- Documents downloaded and sent

Refunds will only be considered if:
- Payment is made, but the service is not delivered at all due to a technical error or internal issue.
- A double payment was made by mistake (same order paid twice).
- Service was cancelled before any action was taken (form not submitted, card not printed).
In such cases, refund will be processed within 5โ7 working days to the original payment method.
